Leo had an awesome time in Los Angeles, despite harrowing traffic across 6 lanes. This is Legoland. They wouldn't let Leo in the Mindstorms Robot section because he was too young but he got to build some Hero Factory robots:
Leo and his lego family:
Leo driving the boat. There were a lot of these ride-it-yourself kiddie rides. Very tame rides though.

I made Leo bicycle me around the track in the bike race:
And we hit La Brea tar pits and saw the saber toothed "cat":
Oh, and Disneyland was great. Much better rides than Legoland:
I think this is called the Knight's Tournament or something like that. It's a really cool ride. Leo and Paul rode on setting number 1 which is the only setting they will let kids ride - the 'gentle' setting. Leo was disappointed as he wanted setting number 2. I waited til they were done and rode setting number 5, 'extreme terror' or something like that. It was the best ride there. When Paul left for his camping trip, he asked Leo to do something nice for me. So Leo went to class and in Choice time, he made me a card. It was a beautiful card. Inside, it said "Cen yoy giv me a prezet" - can you give me a present.
